At the beginning of the design, the mold opening direction and parting line must be determined first to ensure that the core-pulling slider mechanism is minimized and the effect of the parting line on the appearance is eliminated.

1. After the Plastic mop mold opening direction is determined, the product's ribs, buckles, protrusions and other structures should be designed to be consistent with the mold opening direction as much as possible to avoid core pulling, reducing seam lines and prolonging the life of the mold.

2. After the mold opening direction is determined, an appropriate parting line can be selected to avoid undercutting in the mold opening direction to improve the appearance and performance.

How to test the PP Mop Bucket Injection Mould?

1. Preparation

2. Set up

* Assemble the plastic mop mold into the injection machine, cooling system, set temperature for the core plate and cavity plate. Then, configure the ejection system of the mold, mold opening distance in the injection machine.

* Prepare working area, worker, equipment, robot to do injection molding process automatically.

* Connect resin from dry system to feeder hopper of the injection machine.

* Remove old resin in the nozzle.

*Setup injection condition follows the working manually.
