Hot Runner In TV Set Mould

 

1.Saving raw materials and reducing product cost are the most significant features of hot runner mould. A large number of material handles need to be produced in the ordinary pouring system. When producing small products, the weight of the pouring system may exceed the weight of the product. Because the plastic is always in the molten state in the hot runner mould, the product does not need to trim the gate, which is basically no waste processing, so a lot of raw materials can be saved. Because no waste material recovery, selection, crushing, dyeing and other processesw are needed, it saves labor, time and energy.\

 

2.The injection material is no longer mixed with the gate material after repeated processing, so the product quality can be significantly improved. At the same time, because the pouring system plastic is kept molten, the pressure loss during flow is small, so it is easy to schieve multiple gates and multiple types cavity moulds and low pressure injection of large produstc. Hot gate is conducive to pressure transmission, and can to some extent overcome defects such as depressions, shrinkage and deformation caused by insufficient plastic parts.

 

3.Wide range of applicable resins and conveient setting of molding conditions. Due to the improvement and development of the technology of the hot runner temperature control system, the hot runner can be used not only for polythylene and polyypropylene with a wide melting temperature, but also for heat-sensitive plastics with a narrow temperature range, such as polyvinyl chloride and polyformaldehyde(POM) and so on. For polyamide(PA) that is prone to salivation, hot runner molding can also be achieved by using a valave type hot nozzle.

 

4.Simplified operation and shortening the molding cycle are also an important feature of the hot runner mould. Compared with the ordinary runner, the opening and closing stroke is shortened, which not only shortens the demolding and forming cycle of the part, but also facilitates the realization of automated production. According to statistics, compared with ordinary to hot runners can generally be shortened by 30%.
