According to customer output demands, we can customize 1-cavity, 2-cavity and 4-cavity multi-cavity shower head injection mould to shorten molding cycle and cut down customers’ unit production cost.

The processing precision of shower head injection mould is controlled within ±0.02mm by our high-precision CNC milling, EDM and wire cutting equipment. The inner flow channel and fitting clearance of shower head injection mould are finely polished and assembled, so the opening and closing movement of shower head injection mould is smooth without jamming, the mechanical ejection system of shower head injection mould can push out curved shower head shells stably every time, effectively lowering the reject rate of finished products.
